Frac chemistry is entirely dependent on the water used. As the industry moves to a more environmentally friendly and sustainable practice of recycling its produced water, the need for more robust friction reducers (FRs) comes into play. AFS is proud to offer some of the leading FR’s in the industry to meet this need. Our products provide exceptional friction reduction even in high brine settings, which allows our customers to run 100% produced water with lower-than-normal chemical loadings and better economics.

Viscosity helps carry sand… AFS’s line of FR products have high molecular weight profiles and help generate viscosity with proper loadings, eliminating the need for linear systems and other costly additives such as guar gel.

AceFlow 3150

AceFlow 3150 is a high molecular weight, synthetic anionic polyacrylamide copolymer that produces viscosity with minimal loadings. It is supplied in a highly stable and manageable clay-free, liquid slurry suspension with a product viscosity of 200-250cP.  It is recommended for use in hydraulic fracturing operations utilizing freshwater to mid-brines.

AeFlow 3300

AceFlow 3300 is a high molecular weight, synthetic anionic polyacrylamide copolymer that produces viscosity and significant friction reduction even in 200,000+ TDS settings.  The product is designed to provide viscosity in high TDS waters containing significant levels of divalent cations, such as Calcium
2+, Magnesium 2+ and chlorides.  It is supplied in a highly stable and manageable clay-free, liquid slurry suspension with a product viscosity of 200-250cP.  It is recommended for use in hydraulic fracturing operations utilizing freshwater to high-brines.

AceFlow 9100

AceFlow 9100 is a synthetic high molecular weight anionic polyacrylamide available in a convenient and manageable liquid emulsion. This product can be used at concentrations greater than what is typically used during frac operations to achieve high viscosities, enhancing proppant transport capabilities. It was formulated to be utilized in frac operations calling for freshwater to low brines.

AceFlow 5100

AceFlow 5100 is a highly concentrated anionic polyacrylamide emulsion. This product has excellent friction reduction abilities, and at high concentrations, builds viscosity to enhance proppant transport capabilities. It was formulated to be utilized in frac operations calling for fresh water to 40K TDS.

AceFlow 9009

AceFlow 9009 is a synthetic high molecular weight anionic polyacrylamide available in a convenient and manageable liquid emulsion. This product can be used at concentrations greater than what is typically used during frac operations to achieve high viscosities, enhancing proppant transport capabilities. It was formulated to be utilized in frac operations calling for freshwater to low-brines.
